   The DELTAPHASE is an equipment of measurement making it possible to optimize the operation of the distribution networks of energy.    Testecran + is used to check the state of the external casing of a HTA or low-tension buried cable. It measures the isolation resistance between the ECRAN and the ground.    Triphaseur allows to locate each phase on a three-phased low-tension distribution network in exploitation. It can be used ideally in complement of low-tension recorders and Deltaphase equipment to balance distribution networks.
